Cancelation Policy

Your appointments at SB Wax & Beauty Lounge are of utmost importance to us. Reserved

especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.

Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without adequate notice, we miss the chance

to fill that slot, and clients on our waiting list lose the opportunity to receive services. Since

the services are reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply.

First-time "no-show" clients will be charged 50% of booked services. Second-time "no-

shows" will be charged 100% of booked services.

Last-minute same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% for booked services unless

it's an emergency.

We have a 10-minute late policy for all clients. If the client exceeds 10 minutes they will be charged 50% of booked services and will have to be rescheduled.

Our cancellation policy aims to provide the best quality services for our established and

future clientele. We appreciate your understanding and support of our policy criteria.

As a courtesy, we will email or text to confirm your service appointments 24 hours before

your appointment date. Please remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late

arrivals, missed appointments, and the associated cancellation fee.
